Project 4: Case studies on success traits

We need to understand the traits of success among food processing companies. With the assistance of business school researchers, CAPI is examining the performance of 8-12 small, medium and large processed food companies in a series of focused case studies. Each study will be published and a summary of the success traits and their implications will be compiled. The purpose of the work is to isolate the factors to help companies invest, grow and export. The number of studies could rise as interest builds in this project. Several provinces, food organizations and organizations from support sectors have expressed sincere interest. The development of the terms of reference for this project will be defined this spring for completion in the late fall 2013.
