Project 6: Innovation insights

CAPI also needs to examine what is driving innovation. We need to show how innovation insights can add value to companies, food processing entrepreneurs and those players that support them, including financial institutions and governments. Several individual projects are now being developed and others will inevitably be proposed as the research work unfolds. For instance, one project is now advancing with the support of a credit union, food processing association, a university and a team of other supporters.
